Terms of Service

These terms apply to Secure sign-in, the sign-in service operated by BHIH International LLC ("we", "us") for business apps that businesses provide to their customers under their own name and web address ("the app"). By signing in with it you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Secure sign-in lets you create an account in the app, or sign in to it, with your Google account. The app itself, its features and its prices are provided to you by the business that gave you access, under that business's own agreement with you. If that agreement and these terms disagree about the app, that agreement applies; these terms govern the sign-in service.

2. Your account

• Use a Google account that belongs to you, and keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens in the app under your account.
• The business that gave you access decides who may join its account and with which role, and can remove access.
• Tell us or that business straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, to contact people who have not agreed to be contacted, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or to interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we receive from Google and how we use it.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or stop parts of the service; important changes are announced in the app or on this site.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The sign-in service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending

You can stop using Google sign-in at any time by removing this app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may end or suspend access that breaks these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which BHIH International LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
