Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains how BHIH International LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in Secure sign-in, the sign-in service used by business apps that businesses (for example marketing agencies) provide to their own customers under their own name and web address ("the app").
Who is responsible
We host the app and run the sign-in service. The business that gave you access decides how the app is used for its customers and is responsible for its own dealings with you. We process the data in the app on that business's behalf, and we are responsible for the sign-in service described here.
Information we receive from Google
When you choose Continue with Google, Google shares with us, with your permission:
- your name and profile picture;
- your email address and whether Google has verified it;
- your Google account ID (a number that identifies your account to us).
We ask only for the basic sign-in scopes (openid, email and profile). We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive, calendar or any other Google data through this sign-in, and we never receive your Google password.
How we use it
- to create your account in the app, or to sign you in to the account that already uses your email address;
- to show your name and email in your account and to the people in the business account you belong to;
- to send you service messages about your account (for example a security or billing notice);
- to keep the service secure and to prevent misuse.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other information in the app
When you use the app, it also stores what you and your business put into it, such as business details, contacts and leads, call recordings, transcripts, messages and calendar bookings, and records of consent to be contacted. This data belongs to the business account. We use it only to run the app for that business, to keep it secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We share personal information only:
- with the business that gave you access, for the account you belong to;
- with service providers that host, secure and operate the app for us (cloud hosting, databases, email delivery, telephone and messaging carriers, payment processing), under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing those services;
- when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-in details while your account exists. When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise them within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record for longer.
Your choices and rights
- You can remove this app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can then sign in with an email and password instead.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to privacy@callhostdns.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we may pass a request about business-account data to the business that holds it.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law (for example in California or the European Union). We will honour them as the law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people and systems that need it, and sign-in tokens are checked against Google's published keys before an account is opened.
Children
The app is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Important changes are announced in the app or by email.
